YASUDA offers Calcium Acetate Anti-Rope Agent for Bread Preservation. This product is available in Technical Grade, FCC, E263, and USP38.The assay for the Technical Grade is between 98.0% and 100.5%, while FCC, E263, and USP38 have an assay of 99.0% to 100.5%.


The pH values range from 6.3 to 9.6 for Technical Grade and USP38. For FCC and E263, the pH is between 6.0 and 9.0.The chloride content is ≤1000 ppm for Technical Grade and ≤500 ppm for FCC, E263, and USP38.


Sulfate levels are ≤1000 ppm for Technical Grade and FCC, E263, while USP38 is ≤600 ppm.The nitrate content conforms to USP38 specifications.Heavy metals are limited to ≤10 ppm for Technical Grade, FCC, and E263, and ≤25 ppm for USP38.


Water content is ≤8.0% for Technical Grade and ≤7.0% for FCC, E263, and USP38. Water-insoluble substances are ≤0.3% in E263.Lead content is ≤2 ppm for E263 and ≤10 ppm for USP38.Arsenic levels are ≤3 ppm for FCC, E263, and USP38.
