Wuxi Yasuda Chemical Co., Ltd. is an experienced factory in Acetates, Formates, Propionates, Citrates, Oxalates, Phosphates and Adipates industry. Our company is located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu and our plant, Yasuda Chemical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., is located in Huai’an City, Jiangsu, the plant covering about 60,000 ㎡ and the building area is about 20,000 ㎡.

Benefited from the long experience in Acetates Salts industry and new Plant in Huai’an City, our capacity of production and the quality of the goods had been improved to a new level. For now, the whole production capacity had reached 50,000 Tons per year.

Production Equipment: The plant has 50 sets of 5000L & 10,000L synthesis reactors, various drying equipment (spray drier, boiling, fluid bed drier, double cone drier, vacuum drier with rake, etc.), and also has the ability in compounding and granulating. The DCS production line is used for the whole process production control to ensure the stability of product quality and the  safety of production. Most products are packaged uniformly in the purification workshop to ensure that no foreign matters are mixed.

Extensive cooperation experience: we have established an extensive cooperation with various large chemical enterprises, such as BASF, Bayer, L'Oreal, Samsung, Nippon, Dow, LANXESS, Merck, Sinopec, Halliburton and others.

Strict inspection process: The plant has all kinds of testing instruments for raw materials, product control and finished  product (such as atomic absorption, GC,HPLC, Karl Fischer, Automatic Titrator, Viscometer, Density meter, etc.).
